What is private information
The company prioritises user’s private data protection. The user refers to the owner of information on robot, application user(s) who might be the purchaser of robot(s) or relatives of the user(s), physicians or caretakers who get approval from the owner of robot(s). Hereby, the user(s) will be termed as “ the main caregiver”, while application user(s) will be termed as “ co-caregiver”. Private information will be disclosed only in necessary conditions. In this regard, the company will not store, disclose, or utilize private data without approval from the user(s).
The user’s health information is considered private information, and no one could disclose the information for causing damage to the user unless the user consents to a disclosure or it is due to legal requirement for disclosure. Nevertheless, nobody could not utilize authority or any legal rights related to official document or other issues to access health information that does not belong to the true owner.
In case the robot’s owner or user can not interact with Dinsaw Mini robot by themselves or on the ground of disability, the owner or user can allow the main caregiver or co-caregiver represent the owner in operating the robot as per appropriate. The company does not have an intention to collect private information from whoever is younger than 13 years old or whoever is considered “minor(s)” in accordance with your country’s law. If the company detects in later or receives a complaint, your information will be deleted automatically by the company.
When the main caregiver paired the robot with Dinsaw mini application, the system will approve the caregiver to have the right in saving or importing the user’s private information, and this will be considered the user has already consented the company in storing private information and also disclosing if necessary for particular services which will be imported and saved in the system, including:

Source of private information
The main caregiver’s information will be stored through several methods such as information filling through application. The users have a responsibility in sending correct and authentic information for not causing misunderstanding or any mistakes when using the Dinsaw mini robot’s service. The users have a duty in improving private information on the robot as same as the owner of robot. In addition, the representative of the robot’s owner could also improve the information as well as long as he/she gets approval from the owner. Apart from these, the owner should allow the company’s staff in managing personal health information on the purpose of maintenance and improvement of the service.
The purpose on processing result or using information
The disclosure of private information will be conducted on the ground of benefits from importing information into the robot or providing other services to the user:
Private information: this type of information will be displayed on the robot’s touch screen and application on the owner’s and caregiver’s mobile phone. The purpose of disclosing private information is to use the information as basis for examining and accessing to the location, so that the robot could send notification to other relevant people to help the elderly or patient in time. We also use your telephone number and hospital’s number for contact in urgency.
Information for notifying to take medicines: this type of information will be displayed on the robot’s touch screen and application on the owner’s and caregiver’s mobile phone for enabling the robot to send notifications to the user to take the medicine on time.
Information of the owner or caregiver: this type of information will be displayed on the robot’s touch screen and application on the owner’s and caregiver’s mobile phone , and also on the application dashboard for enabling the system to process data to send notifications from the robot to application.
Information of contact person: this type of information will be displayed on the robot’s touch screen, so that the owner or user can make a call.
Health information : this type of information will be displayed on the robot’s touch screen and application on the owner’s or user’s mobile phone for being used as information in tracking the user’s health situation.
Other information: this type of information will be displayed on the robot’s touch screen for entertaining and providing knowledge to the users.
Storing and duration for storing private information.
The controller will store your private information in the following details:
1. storing method – the information will be stored in a database and soft file. In addition, there is password for accessing to information as well.
2. storing platform- information will be stored in the computer server located in private cloud data center that is high-standard safe. In addition, the information will also be stored at the public cloud that is high-standard safe , which is ensured by ISO/IEC 27701 standard.
3. The company guarantees that saved information is stored safely. We protect the user’s private information through not disclosing your information to other people unless receive your consent which is in accordance to the law or order(s) from the government’s authority. In addition, we will limit access to private information, as the person who can access to private information must be approved by the staff(s) who control the information , which is in accordance to the Data Protection Act in 2019. And also, the company uses technology for preventing an access to the data in computer system without approval from the users through using AES 256bit standard. Regarding those who can access to the private information will be identified and recorded by the system for a purpose of tracking.
Duration for storing private information.
The user’s private information saved in the system will be stored until the robot’s lifetime or when the user resets the robot.
Information on notifying to take medicine and contact person will be stored in the system and could be deleted by the main caregiver. If the main caregiver does not delete, the information will be stored until robot’s lifetime or when the user resets information.
Co-caregiver can cancel their role as caregiver via mobile phone or through the main caregiver. If there is no cancellation, the information will be stored until the robot’s lifetime.
Health information will be stored until the robot’s life time or when the user resets information.
Information of other content will be saved within seven days . After then, it will be automatically deleted from the system.
Regarding other logs, it will be saved in the system for checking using problem for thirty days. Afterward, it will be automatically deleted.
The right of the owner
As the owner, you have the rights to proceed :
1. right to withdraw consent: You have the right to withdraw consent for processing your private information.
2. right of access: You have the right to access to your private information and may request us to do a copy version of your private information, including request us to disclose your private information.
3. right to rectification. You have the right to request us to rectify invalid or incomplete information.
4. right to erasure : You have the right to request us to delete your private information with some reasons.
5. right to restriction of processing: You have the right to restrict the use of your private information with some reasons.
6. right to data portability: You have the right to transfer your private information to other controllers or yourself with some reasons.
7. right to object: You have the right to object the processing of your private information with some reasons.
If the user does not transfer private information or revoke the consent for using private information, the company deserves the right to cancel our service. Specifically, the user can withdraw consent on information storing through contacting the company or cancelling robot pairing process. Afterward, the user’s information will be deleted from the system.
If the users find any problems, security loopholes, and other problems including privacy violation, please do contact the company for investigating and solving the problem. In case the robot’s owner or user would like to receive private information in the system, they can contact the company’s customer service via email or telephone calling.

The purpose of accessing information is examining using problems. We will store private information, other content and log. In this regard, accessing information must be proceed from the user’s request via customer service or data controller.
Changes on private data protection policy
We will review privacy policy in regularly in accordance to the practices and relevant laws. If there is any change on privacy policy, we will notify you via updating information on our website as soon as possible. Currently, our privacy policy is reviewed on 10th July 2020.
